Items will be shipped via UPS. If your order is large or heavy it will be shipped via a freight carrier.
Returns Policy
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of any damaged, shorted or defective items to arrange pick-up and return. In order to initiate RMA please call 678-291-0290 or email info@iveypromotions.com.
For other returns, please also contact us within 10 days in order to receive credit. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. No items will be returned for credit without return authorization. When returning product please clearly mark the box with the RMA number issued.
Custom made products may not be returned.

Ivey Promotions LLC manufactures and distributes games for various markets intended for amusement only. If there is an issue of malfunction once the machine is placed in a jurisdiction, Ivey Promotions LLC will not be held responsible. This includes user error, machine error, and electronics error. All machines should be inspected and test-run by the purchaser to ensure they are working and up to jurisdiction code. The purchaser is responsible for following local laws with regards to gaming and Ivey Promotions LLC will not be held responsible.
